Some townships and municipalities will require a building permit and/or architectural drawings. While we will not apply for the permit for you, we will supply you with standard drawings and building specs to help the process. When required, we will obtain sealed architectural drawings on your behalf, if required by your municipality.
Most municipalities will approve a prefabricated garage such as ours. It is always best for you to check with your town or subdivision setback requirements when considering a garage or shed.
In the event that you do not have access for a pre-assembled garage to be delivered, we can arrange to build your structure "on site". In this instance, we will pre-fabricate as much of the structure in our facility and assemble the walls and roof on your property. The structure will be completely finished on-site to your pre-ordered specifications.
