Reasons to Buy a
Shed Kit

You Have Difficult Terrain
or No Access to Site
As you’ll see in our site preparation and delivery guidelines, our trucks need to have easy access to your property in order to deliver a pre-assembled shed to your site. This is simply not possible in areas where the terrain is rough or the landscape is covered with thick trees or other barriers. Or, your site is completely enclosed with a fence or pool or other obstacle.
Under these circumstances, we recommend purchasing a shed kit and either assembling the shed on-site yourself or hiring a trusted contractor to assemble it for you.

You’re a Handyman
(or Handywoman!)
Maybe you would like to build the shed yourself but don’t have the time to do all the measuring and cutting. Experience is recommended, along with some trusty friends to help! Buying a shed kit that’s pre-cut, marked, and ready to assemble could be the perfect solution! Assembly instructions are included and you’ll only need a few basic tools:
Assembled Shed or Shed Kit?
It’s Up to You
Assembled Sheds
The main difference between a pre-built shed and a shed kit is that a pre-built shed is built in our facility and delivered to you fully assembled and ready to go. All you need to do is make sure site preparation is taken care of. We will need to access the site with a truck towing a trailer and will install the shed on your prepared site.
Shed Kits
Our kits, on the other hand, are pre-cut and include all the parts you’ll need to fully assemble the shed on your site, excluding fasteners. These kits are the SAME sheds you can buy pre-built directly from Fox Country Sheds. There is no difference except for the way they are delivered!
All shed kits include instructions with photos as well as a video link to assure that assembly is as efficient as possible for you. You’ll also receive a detailed list of the type/size of fasteners you will need to build your kit. If for any reason you have questions regarding assembly, contact us and one of our professionals will answer them all.
